2. Services

We provide:

photography services
photo products
digital image delivery
online educational courses
digital educational materials

Online courses may be delivered via Alfima.

3. Orders and bookings

Orders become binding upon confirmation.

For photography bookings, a retainer may be required.

For online courses, access is granted after successful payment.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are stated in EUR unless otherwise specified.

Applicable VAT is charged where required by law.

Payment must be completed before delivery unless otherwise agreed.

5. Photography retainers

Photography retainers are non-refundable.

Retainers secure the agreed date and time.

If a session is rescheduled, the retainer may be transferred to a new agreed date.

6. Digital products and online courses

Online courses are digital content/services.

Access is personal and non-transferable.

You may not:

resell
distribute
share account access
copy course material

All intellectual property remains with Theresa Becker Photography unless otherwise stated.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases under EU consumer law.

However:

For digital content (such as online courses), if:

delivery begins immediately, and
you expressly consent to immediate delivery, and
you acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right,

your withdrawal right ends once access begins.

This applies in accordance with EU consumer law and the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. (KKV) (suomi.fi)

8. Refund policy

Photography services

Retainers are non-refundable.

Refunds for completed services are not available unless required by law.

Online courses

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not available after access has been granted unless legally required.

If access problems occur due to our fault, we will provide support or corrective access.

9. Course access and account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

payment fails
fraud is suspected
these Terms are violated

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in courses, including:

photographs
text
videos
downloads
educational materials

is protected under Finnish copyright law.

No reproduction or redistribution without written permission.

11. Client image rights

Client access to photographs begins only after full payment.

No usage rights are granted before payment.

Licenses are personal and may not be transferred.

12. Portfolio and marketing use

Unless otherwise agreed, the photographer may use created photographs for portfolio and promotional purposes where lawful and where necessary consent has been obtained.

For identifiable individuals, publication is based on consent where required.

For minors, guardian consent is required.

13. Limitation of liability

We are liable only to the extent required by mandatory law.
