LIABILITY FOR CONTENT

The contents of my pages were created with great care. For the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the contents, however, I can not guarantee. As a service provider I am responsible according to § 7 Abs.1 TMG for own contents on these sides according to the general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, as a service provider, I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the moment of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon notification of appropriate violations I will remove this content immediately.

The use of my website is usually possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected on the pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis, as far as possible. I point out that,

These data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent. Reproduction or use of the images in other electronic or printed publications and their publication (including on the Internet) is only permitted with the explicit written permission of the author and may be subject to fines. Furthermore, images, graphics, text or other files may be wholly or partly subject to the copyright of third parties. Logos and proper names on images are protected by copyright and serve only as working examples on this website.

Clients' access to a photo begins on the date of payment of the invoice. The photo may not be used by the client in any way before payment of the invoice without the separate permission of the photographer, and any permission granted in this way will be automatically revoked unless the invoice is paid by the due date. The client may not sell or assign the license to a third party.

PAYMENT

The initial payment for both portrait photography, as well as wedding photography acts as a non-refundable retainer, and thus will not be paid back to the client in case of cancelation or no-show on their part.  Shall the client postpone their booking to a later date, the retainer will remain as a credit.

A non-refundable retainer is an advanced payment used to secure the timing of the services to be provided. It secures the service provider's work to the client on the agreed date and time and therefore puts the service provider out of market for other potention clients.

PUBLICATION

The photographer has the right to use the photos to promote their work. The Personal Data Act requires the subject's consent to the publication of the images. The minor's informed consent is given by the minor's guardian. The photographer's license covers the right to use, publish or sell the image.
